Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Thistle Pharma Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
