Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Rivermark Birch Care Services supports families and individuals in Madison with personal care and coordination, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
