Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Summit Stone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Detroit, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
