Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Greenridge Glen Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Dallas. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
