Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Foxglove Ridge Markets is a Dallas retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
