Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Facilities is a facilities company in Omaha with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around supply orders and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supply orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
