Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Bridge Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 663 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
