Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Harborlight Haven Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
