Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Amberfield Ember Markets is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
