Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Cedar Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Minneapolis, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
