Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Clearpath Meadow Markets serves neighbourhoods around Milwaukee with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
