Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Harborlight Fox Insurance Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
