Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Amberfield Glen Care Services supports families and individuals in Atlanta with personal care and coordination, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
