Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Amberfield North Insurance is an insurance company in Dallas with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
