Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Bluepeak Forge Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
