Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Redstone Kestrel Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Phoenix producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
