Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Greenridge Wren Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Hartford, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
