Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Lumen Loom Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Columbus, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around online orders and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
