Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Westbrook Group is an insurance company in Dallas with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
