Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance is an insurance company in San Antonio with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
