Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Lumen Loom Insurance Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
