Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Silverline Oak Banking Services is a regional lender in Sacramento with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around branch operations and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
