Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Stone Care Services Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
