Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Rivermark North Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in San Jose, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 518 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
