Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Fox Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
