Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Harborlight Yarrow Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Houston with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around branch operations and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
