Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Ironwood Wilder Insurance Partners is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
