Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Bluepeak Rook Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
