Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Nest Financial Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
