Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Fernwood Rook Medical is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
