Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Lumen Fox Medical Group is a Portland company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
