Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

Fernwood River Markets Partners serves neighbourhoods around Raleigh with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
