Product Manager - billing and payments (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Maple Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
