Product Manager - billing and payments (Raleigh, NC)

Greenridge River Markets Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
