Product Manager - billing and payments (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Ember Markets Group is a Raleigh retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around supplier deliveries and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
