Product Manager - billing and payments (Raleigh, NC)

Highbridge Willow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Raleigh. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
