Product Manager - billing and payments (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Ember Financial Group serves customers across Raleigh with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
