Product Manager - billing and payments (Providence, RI)

Cedar Loom Medical designs and makes medical devices in Providence, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
