Product Manager - billing and payments (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Highbridge River Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Portland. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
