Product Manager - billing and payments (Pittsburgh, PA)

Silverline Thistle Insurance is an insurance company in Pittsburgh with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
