Product Manager - billing and payments (Pittsburgh, PA)

Nova Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Pittsburgh, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around clinical evaluations and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
