Product Manager - billing and payments (Phoenix, AZ)

Greenridge Summit Financial serves customers across Phoenix with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
