Product Manager - billing and payments (Phoenix, AZ)

Greenridge Iron Markets Group is a Phoenix retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
