Product Manager - billing and payments (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark West Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
