Product Manager - billing and payments (Omaha, NE)

Summit Iron Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Omaha, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 366 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
