Product Manager - billing and payments (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Juniper Facilities is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting.
