Product Manager - billing and payments (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Cobalt Insurance is an insurance company in Omaha with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
