Product Manager - billing and payments (Omaha, NE)

Fernwood Vale Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
