Product Manager - billing and payments (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Nova Lantern Insurance Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
