Product Manager - billing and payments (Oklahoma City, OK)

Summit Amber Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Oklahoma City, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
